Our Wedding Package
1997-1998
Family Concerns:
The Sterling House staff is dedicated to making your wedding a memorable reflection of
you. Because we have been in the hospitality business since 1975, we understand you need
us seven days a week to provide guidance and answer your questions. On your wedding day,
arrive confident that every step of your wedding will run smoothly. This assurance is our
gift to you when you plan your reception at Sterling House.
Choice of private room for five hours
(12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m., 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m.
Five hours of premium label open bar
Champagne or Spumante Toast
Bottles of red and white wine served to the tables
Cocktail hour serving unlimited Hot Hors D'oeuvres and
mirrored display of fresh fruits and vegetables
Assorted cheese, pepperoni and crackers
Complete four course dinner with choice of:
Prime ribs of beef a jus
Baked stuffed jumbo shrimp (crab style stuffing)
Pork Medallions
Stuffed Chicken breast (skinless with herb stuffing)
(additional servings for the hearty appetite)
Mixed green salad (fresh garden vegetables) with choice of dressings at each table
Assorted rolls, rye, Italian and pumpernickel
Cutting and serving of wedding cake provided through Creative Cakes by Donna.

A bridal design vanilla ice cream round with be served with the cake.
Separate bridal suites. Inside and outside areas for photographs.

A minimum of 100 dinners is required for this selection at a cost of $42.95 a person.
Package buffet available upon request for $40.95 a person
Complimentary lodging on your wedding night in a beautiful room at the
Marriot in Rocky Hill, including a Breakfast Buffet for two.
Please add 6% tax and 15% service to the above price.
