Scuba diving is not a hazardous activity for the properly qualified and trained person. Scuba diving as a recreational activity is fun and challenging for the entire family.
The Open Water Scuba program includes seven classroom and pool sessions followed by five open water dives. Evening sessions are held at local YMCA's in Southington, Hamden, Meriden and Waterbury. Saturday afternoon classes are held in Southington. Upon completion you will receive your Open Water Certification, which is recognized worldwide.
