    Using steel has many more advantages than wood. Here is an example of one of our buildings being used in a residential  environment. As you can see the finishing interior walls are built with both metal and wood studs.

   One more advantage to using steel is the amount of weight it can support.  We can build your building to support crane systems up to 25 tons and large if needed. Plus it can also be designed to support underhung, top running or monorail systems.           

    The trucking and storage industry has found that Steel is capable of allowing them to create the amount of space that is needed to store their trucks and products in large open spaces, which is needed with today's large volume businesses.
